C.S.I. BUCKHORN ( CLOTHING, SAMPLES & INSPIRATION )
Tickets go on sale in December. This event is for ladies 19 & older.Tickets are $35, advance only. Over 20 exhibitors will attend, selling items only ladies would appreciate. Tips on make-up, fashions, jewellery & relaxation therapy. All ladies receive a bag when they come in to collect information. All exhibitors will have something to give each lady. Tickets sell out quickly so get yours early. What a great gift!
Guests will enjoy awesome hors d’oeuvres during the evening and there is a cash bar. The evening includes fashion shows, entertainment and fun. Ladies should plan to stay the entire evening!

A fun day for the whole family with rides, displays, entertainment and food. A fund raiser for the Buckhorn Community Sports Complex. Come kick-off Ontario Heritage Week with a great day of fun !!!

DINNER THEATRE
In the Spring and Autumn, the Buckhorn Community Centre is transformed into a dinner theatre. The Hall’s Bridge Players – no, they’re not bridge players – act out or up and bring comedies to life for the enjoyment of sold-out audiences.
In the Spring, the event takes place over six nights in April. Tickets go on sale in February. The Autumn dinner theatre happens in November for six nights and tickets are on sale in September.
We are always looking for actors, kitchen help, table setters, and young people to serve the meals. If you’d like to help out, email us at info@buckhorncommunitycentre.com or call the Centre at 705-657-8833.

SPRING CRAFT SHOW
May long weekend
Looking to start spring by rejuvenating your space? Then the Spring Craft Show at the Buckhorn Community Centre should be your first stop. Whether you’re looking for handmade furniture, garden accessories or ceramic pottery for your home, you’ll find it at this show.
But the fun doesn’t stop with your home décor. You can also find one-of-a-kind designer clothing for adults and children, jewelery and woven goods or tempt your tastebuds with local gastronomical delights such as candy, honey, jams and jellies.
Hours are Saturday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Admission for adults is $5.00 and children 12 and under are free. There is ample free parking and refreshments are available. Spring Craft Show brochure.

Always held July 1, our celebrations take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until fireworks (approximately 10 p.m.)

BUCKHORN FINE ART FESTIVAL
Discover the Power of Art at this award winning Fine Art Festival and Sale. Meet and greet over 90 professional artists, and watch them at work. At this juried art show and sale of original fine art, prints, sculpture, and tapestries, visitors enjoy world class art and live music among the pines and galleries at the Buckhorn Community Centre. Other events include an art competition and a youth art display with interactive art activities, open to the public to enter and participate.
Friday is Preview night – be the first to view and buy new fine art “releases”, enjoy musical entertainment and delicious snacks, while strolling thru the Festival galleries.

GOURD & CREATIVE ART SHOW
In partnership with the Canadian Gourd Society, the Buckhorn Community Centre is proud to present the Gourd & Creative Arts Show.
In addition to unique gourd sculptures, the Canadian Gourd Society will have sales of materials and raw gourds. There will be classes and demonstrations and you have to register for these. The BCC will have crafters of all sorts, materials for crafters and other stuff. If have the materials for people to be creative, we want you as a exhibitor. Booth fees are very reasonable between $100 and $140 depending on size. Gourd show promo document.
